about our report on the climate change levy
We published the report 'Modelling the initial effects of the
climate change levy' for HM Customs and Excise on 8 March 2005. The Chancellor
referred to this work in his Budget 2005 report, published after his
statement to the House of Commons on 16 March. See section 7.19, Box
7.2 and Table 7.2 of the budget report 'Investing for our future' (HC
372), which is Crown copyright. Ref to the CCL study was also in Budget
2006, Chapter 7,p 159.
